The role of the Limmerbaum Communications Station was just like any other communication station, to intercept communications such as signals, codes, links and even documents, dossiers, reports and papers.

Throughout the prelude to World War III and during World War III the Limmerbaum Communications Station had intercepted communications, signals and other intelligence types, whether they were friendly or enemy.
